ONE Yoga Denver merged with Buka Yoga in October 2025. Karey and Matt Goebel stepped back from business operations but continue teaching. The studio now operates as Buka Yoga with two locations: Denver Tech Center and Castle Rock.

Yes — the Grit & Grace 210-hour program is Yoga Alliance certified. Next cohort: August 6 - December 12, 2026. Tuition is $3,333 and includes unlimited yoga during the program. A 300-hour Sankalpa Rising program is coming in 2027.
