Karey Goebel is an E-RYT 500 with 9,500+ teaching hours and 20+ years of yoga practice. She is a dynamic entrepreneur, organic farmer, and world traveler who specializes in Power Yoga and Hatha yoga. Her teaching style features exhilarating asana flows set to soul-stirring music with inspiring storytelling from her travels and life experiences. Matt Goebel co-stewarded ONE Yoga from 2016-2025, bringing his background in planning and community building. Together they built ONE Yoga into Denver's most respected independent yoga studio, led 7+ sold-out international retreats, and graduated multiple 200-hour teacher training cohorts. In October 2025, ONE Yoga merged with Buka Yoga — Karey and Matt stepped back from operations but continue teaching. The new DTC location opened August 2026 at 8000 East Prentice Ave, Greenwood Village.
